SPRINGDALE, Ohio (WKRC) – A 26-year-old woman, Jabriona Carr, is facing charges after allegedly striking a woman in the face with a go-kart neck brace at Full Throttle Adrenaline Park in Springdale.
Police reported that Carr was arrested on Thursday following the incident.
