CLARKVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Although conditions were brisk and sunny in Clarksville Friday afternoon, that all could all change in a matter of hours.
The Clarksville Street Department and CDE Lightband are working hard to keep the roadways clear and the power on.
“There’s a lot of hysteria, the snowmageddens of the world, there’s a lot of buzz around that sort of stuff. It’s going to be bitter cold, we’re going to get something, we’ve seen all the different models,” said Clarksville Street Department Director David Smith. “Please us and TDOT to do what we need to do, and it’s very complicated if there are extra vehicles on the roadway.”
