COLUMBIA, S.C. — As a winter storm threatens to bring icy conditions to the Midlands, nonprofits are stepping up to make sure senior citizens have enough food and support to stay safe.
Meals on Wheels programs across the Midlands counties are preparing for possible disruptions by delivering extra food supplies to clients before severe weather moves in.
