WARREN (WWJ) A 19-year-old Warren man was arraigned on a litany of charges stemming from his attempt to sell a stolen handgun on Instagram.
Macomb County Prosecutors said Emari Young negotiated the sale of the handgun to a buyer he met on social media—on Friday, January 16. Officers pulled over Young during a traffic stop and found the gun.
