Memphis, Tennessee – Dangerous winter weather is intensifying across the city as a crippling ice storm is expected to impact travel, utilities, and daily life through early Monday.
According to the National Weather Service in Memphis, ice accumulations between 0.5 and 1.0 inches are forecast across the metro area, with sleet totals of 1 to 3 inches possible along and near Interstate 40.
