- Snow from Nor’easter arrives in Central New York Sunday morning
- Snow is heavy at times mid afternoon Sunday through Sunday night
- Total storm accumulations through Noon Monday of 12-18” for mostof Central New York
When does the snow arrive and how much falls??
Widespread snow should arrive Sunday over the Southern Finger Lakes between 8 and 10 a.m., Syracuse and the Thruway corridor between 10 a.m. and noon, and the counties east of Lake Ontario between noon and 2 p.m.
The snow becomes heavy at times by late afternoon with snowfall rates of an inch or two an hour.
By sunset Sunday, there could already be 3-6” of snow on the ground in Syracuse…
