FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – With the girls basketball season winding down, Blackhawk Christian controlled Thursday’s contest against Prairie Heights from the opening tip in a 60-36 win.
Blackhawk Christian raced out of the gates, outscoring Prairie Heights 21-4 in the first quarter. Although Prairie Heights played better in the second quarter, the Panthers couldn’t overcome their double digit deficit.
Blackhawk Christian (13-7) wraps up the regular season with a road game at Lakewood Park on Saturday. That’s followed by a home game against Fort Wayne Home School on Tuesday and a visit to Adams Central on Thursday. Prairie Heights (5-14) wraps up the regular season with a home game against Fremont on Saturday, followed by a home game against Concord on Tuesday and a road contest at Woodlan next Friday…
