MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Memphis Police Department has one person detained after a driver crashed through the gate of an apartment complex on Vance Avenue downtown.
Officers were dispatched to Owen’s Place Apartments in response to the single-vehicle wreck at 6:17 p.m. Thursday.
