EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill — Illinois State Police released body and dash camera video of the Jan. 4 shooting in East St. Louis, where a trooper fatally shot a woman in a traffic shop.
The video appears to contradict an initial statement from ISP, which suggested the woman “drove in the direction of a trooper.”
