TULSA, OKLA. (KTUL) — An impactful winter storm will move into Oklahoma this weekend disrupting travel, keeping folks at home, and potentially causing power outages.
This morning’s Arctic front brought in unseasonably cold and dry air. We’ll have to overcome this dry air, before precipitation begins to fall in Green Country.
The first round of precipitation starts south of I-40 in the late afternoon. It’ll be light in this area and will feature light rain, freezing drizzle, and light sleet.
