BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Dr. Carson was lying in state, Friday afternoon, where members of the community could come and pay their respects.
“Her legacy is luminous and she will still be. She will still be helping people from beyond because she was a trailblazer and is a groundbreaker as a humanitarian,” said Carson’s Pastor, Rev. Mercedes Tudy-Hamilton.
