CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE — A Tennessee man is in custody after police say he opened fire on a woman’s home following a dispute over $821, causing property damage while multiple people were inside the residence.
Authorities say the incident unfolded after the woman allegedly collected money from the suspect and later ignored repeated messages demanding it back.
