HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — A tow truck driver reported at 10:45 p.m. Jan. 20 that when he was called to the Shell gas station to tow a vehicle, the owner threatened him and showed that he had a gun in his coat pocket.
Responding officers found that the suspect had walked to the Highlander Tavern on Bishop Road. They detained him while they investigated.
