COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — A local bar community is showing its support for one of its regular customers who is in the hospital fighting to recover from a stroke.
Ben Hardy, a regular at Whiskey Rail and a friend of the owners for many years, had a stroke on Sunday, Jan. 4. The stroke left Hardy paralyzed on the entire right side of his body.
Stephanie and Josh O’Neal, owners of Whiskey Rail, decided to host an event Thursday called “Bucking for Ben”, a bull riding fundraiser to help Hardy’s family raise money for his medical expenses…
