FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Reports of ICE agents and unmarked vehicles have been spreading across social media in recent weeks, but the Fresno Police Department is reminding the public that its officers “also operate a variety of unmarked vehicles.”
In the Friday release, Police Chief Minday Casto said, “While it is lawful to observe officers involved in enforcement activity, please do not engage in dangerous conduct that obstructs or delays them in carrying out their official duties.”
She added that while they appreciate and understand the community’s interest in observing how they conduct operations, “Intentionally creating a dangerous situation for officers or the public will likely result in your arrest.”…
