Rockford headquarters that helped spur the west side’s renaissance lists for $14M

The office building that houses construction firm Rockford and helped spur growth on Grand Rapids’ west side has hit the market for $14 million in a sale-leaseback that would keep the company at its headquarters for at least nine more years.

The listing includes the company’s nearly 70,000-square-foot headquarters at 601 First St. NW and its associated surface parking lot, as well as a surface lot property across the street at 520 Second St. NW.
