HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Huntsville police are warning drivers to respect road closures after someone broke through a barricade on North Memorial Parkway as winter weather moved into the area Saturday morning.
Officers discovered the broken barricade just after 7 a.m. on North Memorial Parkway near Airport Road, according to a statement from Huntsville Police Department.
