South Bend Police Chief Scott Ruszkowski made it official, he will run for Sheriff of St. Joseph County.
Ruszkowski made the announcement on Friday afternoon in South Bend. He has been police chief for 11 years and was appointed by Mayor Pete Buttigieg.
