Blue Origin is planning a $71.4 million expansion at its facilities in Huntsville and will be adding at least 105 employees making at least $47.56 an hour, according to an agreement with the city.
“I think it shows what you are doing in this community to keep up the quality of life, keep up the infrastructure, to have a company now requesting to expand for the fourth time in a very short period of time,” City Urban and Economic Development Director Shane Davis told the Huntsville City Council on Thursday.
