ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Thomas P. Ryan R-Center reopened today after being closed for extensive upgrades, including what city leaders call an enhanced visitor experience and a fresh look.
The remodeling began in June of last year and includes a re-configured lobby, a re-designed community room, a teen lounge and computer lab, an expanded game room, a sensory-friendly space, an upgraded gym, and some mechanical enhancements.
