Syracuse police are reviewing a use-of-force incident after video footage of an arrest went viral on social media Thursday (January 23).
The incident occurred around 7:13 p.m. on Wednesday when officers assigned to a gun violence detail were working with the Onondaga County Probation Department in the 1100 block of South Salina Street in Syracuse.
