LINCOLN–(KFOR Jan. 24)–Shortly after 2 am this morning Lincoln Police responded to reports of a stabbing at the Travel Lodge Motel at 5250 Cornhusker where a man was reported to have a bleeding injury on his shoulder. Lincoln Police Captain Duane Winkler told KFOR News, upon arrival officers located the victim, and were able to determine he had been in a dispute with another man, identified as 37-year-old Joshua Dieckhoff of Lincoln.
As the victim was attempting to leave Dieckhoff produced a knife and stabbed the victim in the neck and shoulder area. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment and is considered in stable condition…
