The ad, which aired on television, stated: “We can cut taxes for those who need it most and increase funding for the heroes who keep us safe. But the Kansas Communist Party disagrees.”

“Which side are you on? Are you on the side of the Kansas communists who oppose the tax cut for working families, or are you on the side of common sense Americans?” Davis said.
Davis said that while property taxes affect Wichitans exclusively, the sales tax would be partially paid for by tourists.
“We’re estimating up to $200 million over seven years are going to be paid by people who don’t live in Wichita,” Davis said. “You pay 100% of your property taxes. You don’t share that with anyone else.”
