Albany, New York – A significant, long-duration winter storm is expected to impact the Capital Region and eastern New York beginning Sunday, bringing heavy snow, dangerous travel conditions, and prolonged disruptions through Monday.
According to the National Weather Service in Albany, a Winter Storm Warning is in effect as widespread snowfall totals of 12 to 18 inches are forecast across Albany and much of eastern New York.
