Steve Harvey Shuts Down Eager Contestant on “Family Feud”
In a recent episode of the popular game show “Family Feud,” host Steve Harvey found himself in a humorous standoff with a contestant who appeared a little too eager to take the reins. While Harvey is widely recognized for his unique brand of humor and quick wit, one contestant, Kris, attempted to bypass protocol, prompting a swift and characteristic response from the veteran host.
The episode featured the returning champions, the Bingham family, facing off against the challengers, the Eagan family. The question at hand was a fill-in-the-blank: “Pink blank.” The initial answers from both sides, “Pink Bottom” and “Pink Car,” failed to hit the mark.
The Bingham family’s Sharon then scored with “Pink Cadillac.” However, Jessi from the Eagan family quickly countered with the top answer, “Pink Panther,” securing the question for her team. As the Eagan family chose to play, Tyler offered “Pink Slip,” which, despite being a plausible answer, wasn’t on the survey, earning them their first strike.
It was at this point that Kris stepped up to the podium, seemingly in a hurry to provide an answer. Before Harvey could even reach her with the microphone, she interjected with “Pink Blank,” effectively trying to read the question herself.

This opened the door for the Bingham family to steal the points. After Harvey presented the question to them, team leader Sharon confidently offered “Pink Floyd.” Much to their delight, the answer was on the board, allowing the Bingham family to successfully steal the round and secure another victory.
