CHESAPEAKE, Va. — Virginia State Police are investigating a fatal hit and run that happened Saturday morning on an Interstate 264 ramp in Chesapeake.
The 39-year-old man was found lying on the left shoulder of the ramp from Interstate 264 westbound and Interstate 664 northbound, according to a state police spokesman. He died at the scene and had injuries consistent with being struck by a vehicle, according to state police.
