COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCBD) – Governor Henry McMaster and state emergency management officials provided an update Saturday on anticipated winter weather impacts in the state.
While minimal impacts are expected in the Lowcountry, some areas inland – upper Colleton County, upper Berkeley County, Williamsburg County, and western Georgetown County – could see some frozen precipitation.

“Any accumulation should be light and should melt quickly on Sunday,” said Storm Team 2 Chief Meteorologist Rob Fowler.
