LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – A 22-year-old Lansing man has been charged in connection with the death of a 4-year-old girl.
Maliki Pendergrass faces multiple charges after Lansing police responded Jan. 21 to the 600 block of Sadie Court for reports of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found the child with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The Lansing Fire Department attempted life-saving measures, but the girl was pronounced dead at the scene.
