Grand Rapids, MI – Snow is expected to begin late Saturday night and continue through Sunday evening across southern Michigan, according to the National Weather Service in Grand Rapids. The heaviest snowfall is forecast for south-central parts of the state, where 2 to 5 inches could accumulate.

According to the weather service, light snow will start after 10 p.m. Saturday, with intensity increasing between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sunday before tapering off in the evening. Areas most likely to see the highest totals include Jackson, Eaton, and southern Ingham Counties…
