MANOR, Texas — A 16-year-old male from Pflugerville was taken into custody after leading police on a pursuit and ramming a stolen vehicle into a patrol car and a gas station building, according to the Manor Police Department.
On January 23, 2026, at approximately 9:53 p.m., Manor police officers located a stolen vehicle at Food Bucket on 15501 E US 290 HWY EB. The suspect exited the store, entered the vehicle, and subsequently rammed into a patrol vehicle and the gas station building before fleeing the scene. The pursuit extended into Elgin before returning westbound into Manor.
Tire deflation devices were successfully deployed, and the suspect stopped on US 290 in front of the Presidential Glen subdivision. Despite refusing to comply with officers’ commands, the suspect was eventually taken into custody by the Travis County Sheriff’s Office SWAT at around 11:20 p.m…
