Lubbock, Texas – Bitter Arctic air continues to lock down West Texas, keeping dangerous cold in place across the South Plains and Rolling Plains as residents face multiple days of life-threatening wind chills.
According to the National Weather Service in Lubbock, an Extreme Cold Warning remains in effect until noon CST Monday for much of the South Plains, Rolling Plains, and the far southern Texas Panhandle.
