BEXAR COUNTY — A middle school teacher was arrested deputies say he exposed himself to a nine-year-old girl and a concerned citizen didn’t let him get away.
Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar identified the suspect as 42-year-old Andrew Smierciak, a teacher at Poe Middle School, who faces charge of indecency with a child.
