Thirsty on Loop 336 as Conroe’s First HTeaO Drive Thru Rolls In

Conroe’s tea game just leveled up. HTeaO has poured into town with its first local shop, a newly built drive thru and storefront on Loop 336 that started serving on Saturday. The location is run by a group of local franchise partners who are clearly betting big on nearby shopping traffic and the daily rush around Conroe High School.

According to Community Impact, the Conroe HTeaO officially opened on Saturday, Jan. 10, following a Jan. 7 news release from the brand. Customers can walk in to order or roll through the drive-thru, with the shop tucked near area shopping centers and the high school.

What You’ll Find at the Counter

The brand’s location page lists more than 20 flavors of iced tea brewed daily, along with hot and cold coffee and a lineup of grab-and-go snacks. The Conroe shop also serves Free Rein coffee and sells gallon jugs of tea for customers to take home, according to the listing on HTeaO.

New Build With a Drive Thru Focus

State project filings show the Conroe store was constructed as a new single story building with a 1,970 square foot tea bar and a 236 square foot cooler, with construction wrapping up in October. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation’s project file lists the completion date as Oct. 7, 2025 and names Samuel Morales as the tenant, according to TDLR.

Local Owners, Local Pitch

The shop is owned by Alicia Magaña, Armando Magaña, Samuel Morales and Veronica Morales, who are positioning the spot as a neighborhood hangout as much as a drive thru. In a statement to Community Impact, Alicia Magaña said, “Opening our first HTeaO here feels special because this part of Conroe is full of shared experiences.”
