Firefighters rescued a dog that had become stuck in a storm drain on a freezing night in Colorado Springs.
According to an Instagram post, crews with the Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) were called to help rescue the dog that had found itself in a storm drain amid freezing conditions. Rescue crews responded and went into the drain to retrieve the dog.
“To keep him warm during the rescue, we wrapped him up in a wildland shirt – because nobody gets left out in the cold on our watch,” the CSFD wrote in the Instagram post…
