Weak cold front moves through northern Utah, should improve air quality

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — After a mostly cloudy and hazy day along the Wasatch Front, a weak cold front is moving through northern Utah and should mix up the air enough for some improvement in air quality tomorrow through early next week.

Southern Utah experienced a few light rain and mountain snow showers through the day, but most of this should be moving out of the state by Saturday afternoon.

Colder temperatures are in the forecast for both Saturday and Sunday statewide, and gusty gap or canyon winds are possible in southwest Utah, especially in the morning hours on Saturday and again on Sunday…
