Tucson, Arizona – Snow continues to fall across Arizona’s high terrain this weekend, creating hazardous travel conditions and prompting winter weather advisories for mountain regions from southern Arizona to the White Mountains.

According to the National Weather Service offices in Tucson and Flagstaff, Winter Weather Advisories remain in effect through early Sunday for elevations above 7,000 feet across the Catalina, Rincon, Pinaleno, Galiuro, Chiricahua, Chuska, and White Mountains. Additional snowfall of 4 to 8 inches is expected in many areas, with storm totals reaching 6 to 12 inches and locally higher amounts above 8,000 feet…
