Mesa, AZ – Drivers in the East Valley should prepare for significant traffic changes starting early Monday morning as construction begins on a busy stretch of State Route 87, also known as Country Club Drive.
According to the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), a long-term pavement and safety improvement project will begin at 5 a.m. Monday, January 26, reducing SR 87 to two lanes in each direction between Western Canal and Guadalupe Road.
