LOS ANGELES – Kaiser Permanente’s labor dispute widened over the weekend as multiple unions representing nurses, pharmacy employees and lab workers moved closer to unfair labor practice strikes across Southern California, citing workload concerns and what they describe as bad-faith bargaining.UFCW Local 770, which represents Kaiser pharmacy employees, said Saturday it delivered a 10-day unfair labor practice strike notice to Kaiser executives.
