BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Winter weather moving across the country is expected to cause travel delays in the coming days. While Birmingham has only seen a few flight cancellations so far, more are expected for Sunday.
“I had originally been planning to fly in today and then fly out tomorrow evening, then Delta sent a message saying there was some concerns about some cancellations in Atlanta. My layover, some ice issues. So, I did move my flight up a day. And so, I think that was a good idea,” said Kristen Corn.
