Watts Twp. solicitor Linus Fenicle advised supervisors at their Jan. 14 meeting to formally deny the final land development plan submitted by MRPI after the developer failed to meet conditions of approval, including posting required security and securing a highway occupancy permit.
Fenicle noted that supervisors previously had voted to deny an extension request for the plan during the December meeting. Supervisors approved a motion denying the plan.
Fenicle also presented a draft zoning ordinance amendment addressing data centers, which had been prepared by the township planning commission.
