PIKE ROAD, Ala. (WSFA) — Drivers on Highway 231 in Montgomery County now have a towering metal companion watching over their commute.
TK LLC, a metal fabrication company in Pike Road, recently assembled a giant Tyrannosaurus rex sculpture. It all started when the company’s owner took a trip to Las Vegas.
“He went [to] Las Vegas and saw the dinosaur and thought it was very interesting,” said TK LLC employee Taemoon Hyun. “Our company is a one stop metal fabrication, so it match, so he brought the dinosaur here.”…
