The Pittsburgh area woke up Sunday morning to 3 to 4 inches of snow across the region, but up to another 10 inches is yet to come, according to the National Weather Service.
“Roads are treacherous. You can’t see the lines on the road,” lead meteorologist Shannon Hefferan said. “Everybody stay home.”
