HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Horry County Schools is returning to normal operations on Monday as weather conditions in the region have improved, the district said.
Much of the Grand Strand was spared from accumulating ice, and warming temperatures have prevented roads from remaining slick.
