Raid halts deadly narcotics pipeline from LA to South Florida, kilo of fentanyl seized

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A federal drug raid dismantled a coast-to-coast fentanyl operation, seizing over a kilo of the opioid and exposing a clandestine lab in West Palm Beach.

The multi-agency operation, involving the West Palm Beach District Office Task Force Group and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, ended this week after Drug Enforcement Operations agents say they seized over a kilogram of fentanyl and dismantled a suspected counterfeit pill lab.
