LDH: Winter storm kills two in North Louisiana

Less than 24 hours after an Arctic air mass sent blistering cold temperatures into Louisiana, state health officials say two people in the northern part of the state have died as a result of the frigid conditions.

In a statement released on Sunday, the Louisiana Department of Health confirmed the two deaths in Caddo Parish. Both men, officials said, died of hypothermia.
