ASHEVILLE, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – The city of Asheville said that road conditions are expected to be hazardous going into Monday, and free parking will be extended.
According to the city, temperatures are expected to drop Sunday night, causing the snow and ice on roads, bridges and sidewalks to refreeze.
