A residential property sale in western Stark County topped $1 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
The nearly one-acre property on Glengarry Avenue NW in Jackson Township sold for $1.57 million. The 7,894-square-foot house was built in 2006.
The real estate transfers cover Dec. 27 to Jan. 2.
