DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — Due to the downpour of snow in the Dayton area, waste collection services are set to be delayed for the upcoming week.
According to the City of Dayton Division of Waste Collection, three communities will experience delayed waste collection during the week of January 26, 2025, due to extreme weather conditions and hazardous roadways.
The city said that in Dayton, the following schedules will be pushed back two days:
- Trash and recycling collection scheduled for Monday, Jan. 26, will be collected on Wednesday, Jan. 28.
- Trash and recycling collection scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 27, will be collected on Thursday, Jan. 29.
- Trash and recycling collection scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 28, will be collected on Friday, Jan. 30.
- Trash and recycling collection scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 29, will be collected on Saturday, Jan. 31.
