DESOTO COUNTY, Miss. – The DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) activated the Inclement Weather Policy Sunday morning.
Under DCSO’s Inclement Weather Policy, drivers involved in a crash with no injuries, no drinking or drugs and no need for towing are asked to do the following:
- Exchange names, addresses, phone numbers, insurance information and tag numbers of cars involved.
- Take photos of the damage.
- Arrange a date and time to meet at the Sheriff’s Department located at 3091 Industrial Drive West in Hernando.
DCSO said drivers should bring their vehicle, drivers licenses, registrations paperwork for their car, and proof of insurance to file a crash report within 10 business days…
