LEHIGH CO., Pa. – Pennsylvania State Police say a PennDOT truck tipped over on Route 309 Sunday in the slick and snowy conditions.
Police say the incident happened just before 11 a.m. at the intersection of Route 309 and Sunset Road in Heidelberg Township, Lehigh County.
